"Evening all" sez Peter, to start off the Club night. Tonight we have a Club night challenge, so I have just gave my vice president David G. 15 minutes to organise something. Peter then made the quote of the evening" Takes a King to walk with his men". Could not seek Kiwiana opportunities last weekend, due to some bureaucracy with Rotorua District Council having wisdom of a new department 'Rotorua Historical Consents'. Peter and his three joint partners have in a jetty on Lake Tarawera. Official demand was all to be present at 1.30pm for inspection of the jetty, properly RMA consented in 2004. The relatively huge cost of time and travel for all four partners in that jetty, let alone the cost to rate payers; with a 15 minute meeting that Council officers determined everything is in order!!. Peter believes the cost to all parties as unbelievable. Rotary is A political, but it meets the four pillars of Rotary as why Peter raised this bureaucratic frustration with his members..

Apart of a bit of R & R at Waihi Beach and local bush, was acknowledged by his own Harcourts franchise peers yet again. Very recently number one real estate agent at the Matamata office. Now Harcourts Central recognised his $30m of sales, with a Gold Certificate presentation.
