President David’s announcements:
Welcome to our new format, as first meeting of the month is members Club Pizza Night. So Mix and Mingle, which our programme guru Jane Belton has themed tonight; for jokes. So possibly apt that I quote Abraham Lincoln. " Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt". Farm Watch: 34 mls of rain over last few days, more autumn showers  expected which should see our pastures recover. Suggest rotation  should be out to 40 days in Aprils and 50 day rotation in the farm management plan for May. Thank you Fred Barrett for shouting the bar this evening, to celebrate your 80th birthday. Pizza's have arrived, lets share fellowship and enjoy our meeting.
Good informal camaraderie, finger food and beverage; before some Club business was undertaken. Then the talent within ourselves contributed to a very entertaining evening.
Rotarians who took the microphone, and Editor notes not one expletive to get laughter.
Club "star's' in order of presentation:- Jane Belton, Fred Barrett, Merv King, Peter Thissen, Dave Johnson, David Hulme, Kevin Sing, Leonie Tisch, Sheryl Ertel, Graeme Guildford, Robert Stuart, Mike Steiner, Kevin Kent, David Gasquoine and one more joke from organiser Jane . Sergeant at Arms, Maz McIvor, also chimed in with a joke when attending  to her 'fine' duty.
