Farm report admirably presented again.

Members Announcements
David Hulme - Presented an update on The School of St Jude and "what our buses do...". The buses transport children to and from school. Fleet of 28 buses. Buses also assist with visits by sponsors to homes, over 300 poverty assessment checks and 16 student excursions. 4,000 kilometres per week. The school thanks supporters. Our club is involved in a 3 year support term at this stage.
David Johnson - Thank you letter received from Ezra Campbell regarding Rotary members who helped with planting near kauri grove. 170 native trees planted. Plan is for a majestic entry to town. The new planting is company for the kauris and may promote a humus layer.
David Wheadon - Suggests we need to consider our ongoing role with the kauri grove. Would be prudent to obtain expert advice regarding whether planting near the trees and disturbing the soil may risk the spread of kauri dieback pathogen. Perhaps the kauri grass should be used as an edging as well as being planted nearby. Perhaps more room needed for dropping branches and protection of roots. Reminded us that grove was planted to commemorate 75 years of Rotary. Rotary should not lose its connection to the trees. Service projects committee to gather information and report to directors.
John Fernyhough - Trees provided for Pohlen Christmas festival.
Mike Farrell - Treasurer - All Rotary bills to be paid online from now on, so if you need something paid, please provide details to Mike in advance. Also, Mike will phone those who have not yet adjusted monthly payments for dues.
Mike Farrell - Please contact Mike if you would like to contribute to fundraising by The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride to raise funds for prostate cancer with the Movember Foundation.
Peter Vossen - Lincoln students. We have enough hosts. Thank you for support.
Peter Vossen - Raised $13,000.00 through Dry July. Thank you for your support again. Over 8,600 participants raised $1.185M.
Kevin Kent - Showed us number 2 Springbox jersey from the Flourbomb Test. Robbie Cockrell swapped it with Carl Hoeft. Lent to Kevin by his brother.
