President Wade and his team for 2024/25
President Wade showed the video clip from the School of St Jude's in Tanzania. We have had a long history of helping the school, initially with their school bus and then annually ever since. For how long?? You will have to come listen to Peter Thissen one day when he and others will share their memories.
Members Announcements
Jane advised the Lincoln students would be coming 25/26 August, she will send around a shunt sheet shortly. The usual 50 per night is expected.
Daffodil day is also coming up in August 29th, volunteers will be required.
Miranda gave a quick mens' health quiz, we now know there are a lot of myths out there... boxers vs briefs...
Stew updated Changeover numbers and reminded folks they need to be at the Shire by 6pm to get the bus down to the marquee.

Another apology, I was showing some photos recently from the Bulletin image folder in Clubrunner, and saw I had several copies of what I had put in June 3rd edition about the amazing Alexander Matthews... wanting to tidy it up, but without thinking it through, I hit delete on one. Apparently that was the one in the bulletin so there is now a photo only without information, so have put both in this edition for future reference.
