  • Stanley Farm Lane. Official opening Tuesday 13th February 2018,5.30pm. Following by a Tree Planting and Lane walk. At conclusion of that, a BBQ. BYO, plates, cutlery and seating etcetera. An update on this auspicious occasion early next year.
  • Save a life capsules reconfigured to meet Pharmac rules are now available for Purchase.Cost $12 Packet of soluble Aspirin per three capsule set. Lyn Dobbe champion for this Club project. Fact, they actually have literally saved lives.
  • Michelle Tanner does ask for any unused capsules be returned to her, or remove the previous Aspirin, so to meet legal drug detail requirements . The capsule has good other uses , possibly folding up a $20 note , could come in useful if also attached to vehicle key rings.

After a some what challenging start (Due to problems with supply) we had a very successful time selling Christmas trees.
We sold almost 200 trees for a net profit of over $4,000.
A big thank you to all who were involved and a special thanks to the Kaimai and Four Seasons garden centres for their support.

Details for January 16th Rotary BBQ;
  • We are planning for a fine evening, if this does not eventuate we will make a call on the day as it will only work if the weather is fine, bring a jersey (Buckland Road is exposed for you Townies) check your emails if in doubt.
  • As usual please apologise if you are not able to make it.
  • Address is 696 Buckland Road.
  • Please carpool if possible as parking is at a premium.
  • Mix & mingle from 5.45pm – BBQ dinner at 6.30pm
  • Bring your own cutlery/plates/glasses etc. as well as whatever you fancy to drink.
  • We/two tones will provide all food.
  • Bring a folding chair if you are able but this is not essential.
 
Look forward to catching up for a new Year Drink, Tuesday 16th.
